Foxtrot, a classic three tier square cake, each tier raisied on pillars. Finished with handmade silver beaded horseshoes and sprays of sugar flowers.Flamenco, a two tier heart shaped cake with the top tier offset on pillars. Decorated with sugar stargazer lilies, cerise roses and trails of silver wire with cerise Swarovski crystal butterflies.Minuet a two tier cake raised on pillars. Decorated with gold cymbidium orchids, ivy, blossoms and gold beads.Foxtrot dispalyed on a stand. Decorated with purple handmade beaded horsehoes and sprays of white roses, mauve freesias and dark purple blossoms all made from sugar. Alaska, a three tier square cake iced in white with the top tier raised on a crystal bud vase, a keepsake for the bride. Decorated with wired white sugar roses and royal blue Swarovski crystals. Hearts were also piped onto the front of the cakes in white icing to add subtle detail.
