The first Filigree cake I ever made. Inspired by the detail on the cake stand this offset square cake is iced in ivory with piped scrolls on the middle tier. Elegantly finished with three sugar gerberas linked by Swarovski crystal butterflies. This has been one of my most popular cake designs.

A cake made to celebrate our local Beaver groups first birthday. Twelve cheeky Beavers complete with neckerchiefs all made of sugar. Apparently most were taken home as the boys didn't want to eat them.
