My cakes are hand made using traditional recipes and methods. I only use wholesome, natural ingredients including, where possible, eggs from our own hens and ducks, or if not available fresh eggs, direct from the local farm. I never use artificial flavours or preservatives.


My Luxury Fruit Cake contains apricots and pineapple, as well as the customary vine fruits, cherries, candied peel and almonds. The fruits are steeped for three days in French brandy -  making them rich and moist. After baking, your cake is then matured for at least a month making it firm enough to slice easily, without crumbling.

My Chocolate Cakes contain real Belgian chocolate with 50% cocoa solids, making them not too sweet but still giving them a luxurious taste.


I also make a rich Sponge Cake made with butter, a moist Carrot cake,  a nutty Coffee and Walnut cake and a zesty Lemon cake.


After training in the art of making sugar flowers this small business was set up in 2004. 


Based in a purpose built workshop on the borders of Warwickshire  Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire, I supply customers in the towns of Banbury, Southam, Rugby, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Daventry and further afield.  Cakes can be made for any occasion; Weddings, Civil Ceremonies, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Christenings, Retirement, Corporate etc.

A very popular design for an English Country Wedding.Damask Rose, inspired by the bridal dresses return to one shoulder strap, a beautiful white cake set to the back with two tiers embossed with roses.  Delicate full blown roses cascade down the cake to match the brides dress.



Following an inspection in May ‘09 Stratford District Council awarded me a  GOLD Food Hygiene Certificate.
